Shipping

All of our merchandise is shipped Freight On Board (F.O.B.) Peterborough Ontario Canada. We use both Canada Post and Canpar, and choose whichever is the least expensive option. The cost of shipping is dependent on the distance you are from Peterborough and the weight and dimensions of the package(s).

Everything we ship has been inspected for defects and breakage as it is packed. Should any breakage occur during shipping, please notify the courier immediately and/or refuse the delivery of the package, then notify us.

Please keep in mind that handicrafts are unique items and no two are exactly the same. Many of the products are made from natural elements such as wood or seashells, which vary in colour, texture and size.
