Returns and Exchanges
Our goal at Juniper Imports is for you, the customer, to be satisfied
with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, please phone us to let us
know. Our toll free number is 1-866-796-7912. All exchanges and returns must
be authorized by our office before being sent back. We are glad to exchange
or accept returns within 10 days of the shipping date. All merchandise is to
be shipped back at the expense of the purchaser.
If a shipment is received with damages to the package, please inspect all
contents immediately. If damage has occurred, please contact the shipping
company and our office. We will take care of the problem.
